I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24hrs before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% for each service booked. Our time together is valuable, so please be on time to your appointments! If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to give me 24 hours notice of a reschedule/cancellation, your appointment WILL be cancelled & you will be charged a cancellation fee that is equal to 100% of the services booked. If you do not pay your cancellation fee IN FULL within 72 hours of the cancellation or if you have 3 consecutive cancellations, then I will not be able to book with you for any future appointments. This also applies to being late to appointments. Please keep that in mind when selecting a card to book with!
